fully insured against theft /pilferage or damage in transit.
All our cartons when shipped are sealed and weighed for quantity check
and if you discover upon receipt of the shipments that the seal has been
tempered or damaged in any way then please ensure that the consignment is
endorsed
"NOT EXAMINED ,CHECKED or COUNTED"
Please ensure that any claims for pilferage or damaged cartons are sent to us
and the carrier WITHIN 3 DAYS of receipt of the consignment.
Claims for non delivery of the goods or part delivery of the consignment must
be lodged within 7 days of the invoice date.
If you use your own nominated shipping company for the transport of
the goods please arrange for the insurance of the goods as we cannot
be held responsible for any damage or pilferage in transit.
